Feisal UmarFeisal Umar

Feisal is an experienced complementary therapist, certified Clinical Hypnotherapist and a qualified counsellor. He trained at Greenwich College, Bexley College, The Abbey School of Massage, the London College of Clinical Hypnosis and the University of Greenwich. Having worked in Harley Street, he has now developed practices in Bexleyheath, Belvedere, Eltham and Hartley.

Feisal has worked in the complementary therapies industry for fourteen years. His extensive experience and knowledge has allowed him to work as a specialist lecturer teaching students at a range of Colleges to both degree and F.E. level.

He incorporates Reiki healing and uses Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) as part of his therapeutic approach.

Having come from a stressful corporate background he is now committed to the holistic wellbeing of his clients.

Feisal's approach to complementary therapies, counselling and hypnotherapy is calm and friendly, he inspires confidence in his clients to enable them to relax and maximise the benefits of these treatments. He has successfully helped individuals to overcome anxiety and stress related problems, give up smoking, control their weight problems, and relieve muscular aches and pains experienced in their everyday activities.

Feisal's aim is to help clients deal with the physical and mental stresses and strains associated with everyday life with a positive and healthy approach which empowers them to reach their full potential and overcome a range of emotional and physical problems.

Feisal is a member of the Complementary Therapist's Association (CThA), Embody, General Hypnotherapy Register (GHR), British Society for Clinical Hypnosis (BSCH) and the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP).
